To support its worldwide development AXIOM is looking for active business development managers (BDM) in the cities listed above.

Responsibilities:

• Find local partners who share the same clients and negotiate partnerships.
• Constantly update Axiom posts on various Facebook groups and other social media to promote business.
• Constantly fill-up the teacher’s database.
• Answer phone calls and emails from potential clients and advise them teachers.
• Follow-up of on-going lessons via the AXIOM administrator account.
• Mange complains and feedbacks.

The ideal candidate will:

• Fluent in English, French and local language (French is not mandatory)
• Have a university degree.
• Have good understanding of the expat community in the city.
• Have knowledges of the English, IB and French curriculum.
• Have knowledges of the international standards of language learning.
• Understand the private lesson market in the city.

Working conditions:

• Homeworking, manage you schedule by yourself.
• No fix salary, 30% of the benefit generated paid monthly.
• Bonus of 10% of the benefit if yearly sales objective reached.
• Support for communication materials from the head office
